Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and emails from customers

- Assisting with policy information and claims

- Processing payments and updating customer accounts

- Maintaining accurate records in our database

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior customer service experience preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
