Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma with 3 years experience in behavioral or mental health.
• Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, psychology or social services strongly preferred and encouraged.
• Have a strong understanding of adult mental and behavioral health
• Be flexible A healthy dose of patience
• Demonstrated customer service abilities
