At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services.
As ECED Program Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a successful onboarding experience, serving as a liaison between HR and ECED, supporting new hires. The specialist will also monitor ECED employee data as it relates to federal, state, and local requirements, ensuring the data is complete and current. Visit ECED locations, reviewing on-site DOH required employee documents. Manage division employee transfers, maintaining updated staff resumes and forward a copy to Human Resources. Coordinate ECED training and orientation process with new hires.
Education & Experience
- Caring, upbeat personality.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in related fields (Education, Business Administration)
- 5 years of experience (preferred)
