Clutch is looking for an Associate Creative Director - Copy who is focused on Pharma for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring the production of high-quality copy across various channels.
• Develop creative concepts and strategic messaging aligned with brand objectives and regulatory requirements
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of materials, including print, digital, and social media
• Partner with art directors, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless creative process
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Present creative concepts to clients and manage client relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations governing pharmaceutical marketing
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• The ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant copywriting experience
