We are looking for an ACD to work as part of an embed agency focusing on, advertising campaigns, plus design for branding, publications, social, UX and UI design for web and apps, and animation.
Responsibilities:
- Able to demonstrate comfort and creativity with a range of brands, channels and a breadth of visual styles
- Be self-sufficient; and be able to interpret direction from the creative leadership.
- Lead other designers or small teams to execute your vision
- Have a clear and compelling presentation style and be able to clearly articulate your creative vision to colleagues and to clients
- Have a sharp eye for detail and be able to finish work to a very high standard themselves
- An interesting in relevant developments in tools and techniques, particularly motion and AI
- 8 years relevant experience
- Experience designing for integrated campaigns, including social, digital and web, print, and publications
- Excellent usage and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio of work which would inspire the rest of the team, with a number of stand-out projects
- Good leadership / mentoring skills to support the work of junior team members
- Strong communication and problem solving skills to navigate the agency and client landscape
