Club Assist US is Hiring a Digital Product Manager (E-Commerce) Near Lake, FL

Overview:

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for InstaQuote, the InstaQuote Plus E-Commerce or “Battery Store” program and other digital products. The position involves working with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build, launch, and enhance the program and deliver value to both the organization and its customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and articulate the vision and strategic direction for the e-commerce program. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for new features or products. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Vendor Management: Manage the vendor partnerships for the Battery Store and Club Google Campaigns. Ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are on-time and correct.
  • Roadmap Planning: Define customer tasks, resources needed, and deliverables, holding customers accountable. Prioritize project features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Ensure that the vendors are aware of the roadmap and timeline.
  • Feature Definition: Ensure clarity in requirements to facilitate effective development and implementation. Deliver quality control standards as outlined in the program guidelines.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Assure marketing plans are followed.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with marketing team to ensure the product delivers a superior user experience. Incorporate program improvements in technology and best practices. Program maintenance with customer after initial roll out.
  • Performance Measurement: File monthly reports to stakeholders, detailing units sold, cost and ongoing marketing plans. File weekly reports to internal stakeholders. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor its performance post-launch. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about future product enhancements. Advise stakeholders on wins, risks and KPI performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact and presentation creator for the product among all stakeholders. Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and customers. Serve as SME that performs product demonstrations and participates in discussions with potential and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, E-Commerce or a related field, with a strong focus on digital products.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, and the principles of UX design.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Understanding of Smartsheets a plus

Working environment/Physical requirements:

  • Work in the Lake Mary office
  • Must adhere to all company policies.
  • Willing to occasionally work non-standard hours such as nights and weekends.
