We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Director, Technology Product Management Manager to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operationsteam. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manage multiple teams of Product Analysts.
• Support multiple products and provides oversight and operational direction 
• Responsible for managing multiple, complex products, that may be global in scope
• Lead and oversee complex product management projects, budgets, resourcing, etc. to support the success of product life cycles.
• Provide innovative direction and guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs.
• Advise product management teams by providing direction to identify potential project issues or opportunities. 
• Manage multiple product management teams

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required,
• Advanced degree preferred
• 12 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus
