 Who We Are

CloudHQ is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment efforts across the global enterprise. We require an enthusiastic team member who takes initiative, and who can successfully manage multiple administrative duties and projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a 360-degree view of tasks, be capable of independently managing their workload, and be able to drive success in outreach initiatives, support the planning and organizing of logistics for recruiting events, including campus recruiting, and coordinate interview and travel schedules.

What You Will Get to Do

· Organize virtual and in-person interview schedules for candidates and the hiring teams

· Review and post requisitions to applicable job boards

· Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to track candidate progress

· Assist with the coordination and execution of on-campus recruiting initiatives

· Assist with the creation and maintenance of metrics tracking 

· Social Media promotion to increase awareness of all four Cloud entities

· Learn to identify and interview candidates based on enterprise hiring needs

· Work with the Talent Acquisition team to update data in multiple systems for continuity

· Showcase your ability to learn, implement feedback, and take direction

· Organize travel for candidates, when required

Requirements

 What You Bring to The Role

· A desire to learn about the full life cycle of CloudHQ’s recruiting efforts

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to allow you to converse over email and phone with candidates and internal customers

· Partner with the Talent Acquisition Management team on sourcing and candidate targeting

· Keep the candidate experience top of mind ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process 

· Be adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills within the team 

· Strong Microsoft Office suite and administrative skills

· Take on projects readily and strive to drive results for yourself and your team

· Ability to travel to campus locations for campus recruiting events 

· Partner with the enterprise talent acquisition managers by driving coordination and managing the interview process 

· Proactively reach out to candidates and the Talent Acquisition team members for updates and communication

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess

· An Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similarly focused-program
