About the Role

The Enterprise ISR is responsible for working with and supporting Cloudflares enterprise account executives. The Enterprise ISR is a sales support overlay role in which they will work with enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales and / or sales operations, the ability to interact up to an executive level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with Cloudflare solutions IT decision makers.

The candidate will work closely with enterprise field sales to drive joint engagement to support the development of opportunities and pursuits.

The ISR works hand-in-hand with sales operations and field sales to deliver a world-class customer experience. While performing sales support functions, daily work will include working with an assigned regional field team to focus on specific accounts, as well as coordinating with sales management on reporting and analytics efforts.

Responsibilities

Act as the intracompany Liaison to align stakeholders between Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product Management to ensure sales transactions are being worked through the approval process.

Handle customer interactions to follow up on quotes and get feedback plus other order details needed

Expert knowledge in working in salesforce.com in order to support creation of quotes and updating records, notes, and updates.

Possess good project management skills to keep track and follow sales orders received from the customer through completion of booking.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities in support of sales managers and regional territory leaders.

Enable new sales personnel on Cloudflares sales operations workflow so they are equipped to achieve immediate revenue success.

Support a variety of sales order scenarios necessitating a well-developed aptitude in problem-solving and prioritization management.

Employ a success-driven mentality to expedite critical tasks to closure.

Effectively manage concurrent sales requests, comprised of varying sales order workflows, requiring the utilization of multiple order fulfillment systems.

Become a firm advocate for the sales organization when raising concerns or challenges to other operational teams within Cloudflare.

Proficient in Cloudflares order fulfillment workflow to effectively support sales teams acquisition of new and expansion revenue

Execute a consistent milestone cadence with the sales team during the end-to-end sales process to anticipate and mitigate potential obstacles or delays

Develop and innovate sales procedures and collateral enabling field sales to increase productivity and swiftly achieve financial success.

Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

Sharing best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment

Well-organized and has strong follow through

Build strong client relationships

Adherence to the Cloudflare rules of engagement

Requirements

BA / BS or relevant work experience

An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is proactive in increasing sales revenue

Must be results-driven and have strong analytical skills

Minimum of 3 years related software selling experience.

Sales operations, deal desk, customer success or contract management experience is a plus.

Expert knowledge in salesforce.com and CPQ tools

Must exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening, and reasoning skills

Proven time and account management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

Individual should be comfortable selling in a team environment with responsibilities for accurate forecasting

Strong work ethic and organizational skills
