Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and goals
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis investigations to address quality issues
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance
- Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with version control systems (GitHub)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
- Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases (DB2)
- Understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, SoapUI)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
