Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and analysis. Your expertise in root cause analysis, performance testing, and user acceptance testing will be essential in identifying and resolving any issues or bugs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into test cases
- Conduct performance testing to ensure software applications meet performance benchmarks
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure software meets end-user requirements
- Document test results, track defects, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with Android testing frameworks and tools
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with RESTful APIs testing
- Knowledge of AWS services for testing purposes
- Understanding of business analysis principles and practices
- Familiarity with TFS or similar version control systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript is a plus
