CLN Worldwide is Hiring a Warehouse Customer Service and Documentation Near Charlotte, NC
The primary objective of the position is to help manage warehousing assignments with strong Customer Service skills for distribution and documentation. The required skills are required as follows.
Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules to ensure warehouse work load is stabilized throughout the week
Schedule additional labor, when necessary
Maintain accurate inventory
Monitor emails for order and respond to client request timely.
Inbound/outbound all orders in WMS with accuracy.
All current day paperwork is required to be completed by close of business each day and sent to appropriate parties (ie: clients)
Provide daily updates to clients as to the progress of the shipments and recap at end of day after reconciliation of the day’s activities.
Order supplies as needed for each warehouse location.
Invoicing clients on weekly/monthly basis.
Maintaining P&L for each facility to provide to Warehouse Manager
Function as back up to warehouses in the event CLN labor is out.
These activities are essential to providing a consistent, reliable, and value-added service to our customers. Additionally, cross training in other departments is encouraged.
