Position: Supply Chain Industrial Engineer
Reports to: Chief Solutions Officer
Overview: As a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer reporting directly to our Chief Solutions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our company's offerings with the specific needs and challenges of our clients. Leveraging your expertise in industrial engineering, manufacturing process design, and supply chain management, you will be responsible for crafting tailored solutions and communicating our value proposition effectively to potential clients and identifying holes within supply chains and providing feedback for process improvement.
Solution Development:
  1. Utilize your mastery of industrial engineering concepts and methodologies to design innovative solutions that address client needs.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Chief Solutions Officer and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  3. Develop process flows and strategies to optimize supply chain management and enhance operational efficiency for clients.
Value Proposition Communication:
  1. Work closely with the team to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to clients through various channels.
  2. Craft compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value our solutions bring to clients.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively articulating their benefits and advantages to potential clients.
Client Engagement:
  1. Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and offering insightful solutions.
  2. Conduct high-level analyses at client facilities, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the engagement process.
Continuous Improvement:
  1. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to industrial engineering and supply chain management.
  2. Continuously refine and enhance our solutions based on feedback from clients and insights gained from industry research.
  3. Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate client feedback and improve the functionality and usability of our offerings.
Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field is required.
  2. Proven experience and expertise in industrial and manufacturing process design, with a focus on supply chain management.
  3. Prior experience in supply chain management roles within operations management functions is highly desirable.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  6. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  7. A passion for delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  8. STEM background preferred, with a strong aptitude for process-oriented thinking.
  9. Ability to balance technical depth with customer-facing skills, bridging the gap between engineering and business.
  10. Willingness to travel to HQ and client sites as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range – $85,000 – $110,000
Benefits:
Following the evaluation period, Health/Dental/Vision care will be provided per the company plan, along with a great PTO package. Medical / Dental / Vision: employee pays for any family members. Percentages paid by CLN for the employee only:
  1. Medical: CLN pays 100% 
  2. Dental: CLN Pays for 50% - cost to employee is minimal
  3. Vision: CLN pays for 0% - cost to employee is minimal 
  4. Life Insurance: coverage is 2x annual salary, min 200K – CLN pays 100%
