Clive Behavioral Health
(CBH) is a modern, state-of-the-art, 134-bed licensed inpatient behavioral health hospital. Operating on two campuses in Iowa, Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at our new hospital focuses on crisis management, stabilization, and development of a plan to return to community living. Clive Behavioral Health Des Moines is a 34-bed inpatient unit located on the MercyOne Des Moines campus. Care at this location is for adults experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis.

Qualifications:
Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements


Education
: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.

Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint during New Hire Orientation. Successful completion of Handle with Care training and Service Excellence Training during New Hire Orientation. Completion of Iowa Mandatory Reporters, adult and child dependent abuse, must be completed before scheduling for on the floor training.


Work Hours:
7am-7:30pm
Full time employees are required to work rotating weekends
