Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Cardiac Cath Lab include monitoring department budget, scheduling, hiring, firing, evaluations, and disciplinary action needed within the department, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, ensuring regulatory compliance, updating policy and procedures, cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and acting as both a liaison and a mentor throughout the hospital. The Nurse Manager Cardiac Cath Lab will support an established cath lab department known for providing exceptional care to both an adult and pediatric population.
