This opportunity is in one of the region’s top teaching facilities. It is a Level II Trauma Center with Magnet recognition. The successful cardiology program has performed over 500 TAVR procedures and is growing.

The RN Cath Lab Director will oversee 50 plus FTE’s, including 2 Assistant Directors, clinical techs, and RCIS. The position will report to the AVP of Perioperative Services.

The Cardiac Nurse Director, Cath Lab will have complete oversight of this dynamic department. The bustling center includes 14 bays and 4 Cath Labs. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and information technology provides the most progressive and patient-centered care.

This experienced RN Leader will have the opportunity to develop patient care service goals through policies and procedures. Along with Senior Leadership, the Nurse Director will create a cohesive culture in accordance with the hospital's mission and vision statement. A focus will be on investing in the professional growth and development of staff and acting as an advocate for the nursing profession. 

A team player with a boots-on-the-ground attitude will certainly draw the hiring manager's attention. Additionally, an RN with a strong Cath Lab background and a BSN or an MSN will earn quick interviews. Candidates with an MBA or strong Cardiac Procedural experience are encouraged to apply.
