Our Medical Office Referrals Coordinator :
- Submitting Electronic Referrals.
- Acknowledge of medical insurances.
Comforts patients by
- anticipating patients' anxieties;
- answering patients' questions;
Ensures availability of treatment information by
filing and retrieving patient records.
Protects patients' rights by
maintaining confidentiality of personal information.
Maintains operations by
- following policies and procedures;
- reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual English / Spanish is Mandatory.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical office referrals and reception environment.
- Must be able to multi-task with flexibility, have great telephone skills, be highly organized with attention to detail, computer literate, able to be a team-player!
