Clicks Billiards - Orlando is now accepting applications for Assistant Manager. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and outgoing individual that is serious about hospitality. If you want to work your way up to a GM position then this is the job for you.

Schedule:

The current Assistant Manager schedule includes 4 hourly rate tipped shifts as well as office hours. This is a corporate mandated schedule unless otherwise approved.

Bar shifts: Saturday-Tuesday 6pm-3am

Office: Tuesday 3pm-6pm

Mid July-End of August the GM will be out on maternity leave so the AM schedule will be as follows...

Bar shifts: Saturday-Monday 6pm-3am

Office: Tuesday 12pm-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Embrace Clicks' philosophy and core values.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Assist in hiring, training, and improving staff skills.
• Assist GM in effective scheduling of staff.
• Hold employees accountable for performance.
• Assist GM in implementing activities to increase sales and profits.
• Maintain and control inventory - to be submitted to corporate weekly as well as monthly
• Assist GM with accurate and timely completion of payroll, invoices, end of night paperwork, etc.
• Assist GM with controlling costs such as food, liquor, and wages.
• Assist in promoting internal marketing
• Come up with and execute 1 event per month.
• Assist management team with errands (mileage reimbursement provided)

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years management experience.
• 3 years experience bartending and serving.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven, detail oriented, able to work independently and prioritize deadlines
• Bilingual a plus (fluent reading and speaking both Spanish & English)
• Strong team building qualities
• Alcohol & Food Manager Certified - Must be completed within 30 days of hire
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Toast POS a plus
• Must be able to pass a 90-day drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
