Do you have restaurant experience and feel that you have the skills to lead our team? Our Assistant Managers and Shift Leads are the driving force for our restaurants, every shift. These positions require a professional attitude and the ability to be responsible for running shifts in conjunction with another manager or by yourself. These leaders within our 4 walls take direction from our General Manager and invest the time and energy to create outstanding food and help build the TEAM atmosphere. In these roles, you will be a teacher and cheerleader at the same time, while holding the team accountable to Huey Magoo’s standards. There is a lot of opportunity to grow in these roles and you will develop and learn skills that will last you a lifetime.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for running daily operations of the restaurant. Managing Huey Magoo’s level of standards in all areas of operations, include but not limited to ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests. Leading a team of fifteen to twenty people. Building relationships with guests and co-workers. Train and develop team members, controlling food, paper, and labor costs, safety, guest and vendor relations, restaurant maintenance, and inventory management. This can be a full time or part time position. The manager shifts would be closing the restaurant two nights a week. This is a good opportunity with a small growing company.
