Oversees parking facility operations, and supervises staff and students with general direction per assigned schedule. Oversees cash handling operations of parking facilities, including servicing automated parking machines, under general direction during general business hours and independently during evening and weekend hours by completing shift related duties. Performs duties related to safety, security, and compliance with Parking rules. Performs miscellaneous duties related to parking operations. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong customer service skills.

High School diploma or equivalent; basic math skills; one year of work experience in a position requiring cash handling and customer service; 6 months of previous work experience in supervision; Must have a valid driver’s license and establish driver eligibility under the University’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Previous experience in a public or private parking operation. Some college and / or experience in a University setting. Supervisory experience beyond the required minimum of 6 months.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on field equipment (training provided).
Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds (daily) and 25 pounds or more, with assistance (occasionally).
