This position is the key leadership position for regional production divisions. This person is responsible for shaping and maintaining a healthy culture and successful production division. This person will communicate company strategies, vision, initiatives, and processes to their local staff. This person will lead and oversee a team of production associates responsible for making it all happen in delivering awesome entertainment experiences in alignment with our core values; committed, tenacious, selfless, and tactful. They will make sure we are Taking Care of Our clients and Taking Care of Each Other in everything we do. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure processes are in place and being followed by all departments and staff
• Provide leadership in regional production division
• Work with Production Team One to develop and implement processes within the regional production division
• Make day-to-day decisions impacting regional production division consistent with the company strategy
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and mentoring to their entire division
• Participate in conflict mitigation and resolution
• Work with VP Production and Production Team One to develop and establish performance tracking metrics (KPMs)
• Develop and maintain a positive overall culture in associated division as measured by quarterly Engagement Multiplier and regular 360 feedback
• Develop individual employee KPMs, expectations, and Personal Development Plans
• Communicate regularly and effectively with other Directors of Production and Vice President Production, and VP Sales
• Ability to manage and lead a division to meet established financial targets and non-financial KPMs consistent with company strategy
• Directly communicate any problems, issues, and successes back to Production Team One and the Vice President of Production.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in production entertainment industry
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization in a team environment
• Excellent communication; written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, teach, coach, and inspire a team to accomplish goals
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
