The Role

SF Bay Area candidates only - 1 day/week in-office.

Clearstory is looking for a high energy and dynamic SDR to provide pre-sales support.

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities.

The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated.

  • 1 year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
  • Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Clearstory value propositions.

Clearstory is digitizing and automating the change order process inside the commercial construction industry.

Just as TurboTax did for tax documents and Expensify did for receipts and expense reports, Clearstory is doing the same for change order communication and log management by building first-of-its-kind, category defining software that is revolutionizing the commercial construction industry.

This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively identify qualified leads and opportunities. Ability to manage complex cold-calls with a variety of personas and personalities and comfortable with modern sales tools.
