ClearDATA is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager for their rapidly growing Professional Services team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for driving projects and process improvement initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategic plan while staying mindful of a superb customer experience. They will work closely with other members of the service management team and other cross-functional stakeholders. We are looking for people that want to always be doing more and learning more and are willing to work to make it happen. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Plan, initiate and deliver projects for internal ClearDATA initiative 
• Act as scrum master for scrum teams in Service Automation and Managed Detection and Response teams 
• Gather client requirements for professional services engagements and map them against the skills sets of internal resources and external partners 
• Create statements of work 
• Drive projects from ideation to completion 
• Manage and drive process improvement projects facilitate schedules stakeholder updates monitoring/identifying milestones and release schedule 
• Monitor and report progress of schedule and budget at the initiative release and sprint level to business and technology leadership 
• Recommend process and quality improvements 
• Schedule and help with facilitating meetings with leadership and stakeholders 
• Measure and forecast support team capacity and velocity 
• Identify team action items and lead them through to completion 
• Remove team blockers 
• Risk analysis and mitigation 

What you will need: 

• 5 years’ experience in technical project management 
• Lean or Six Sigma training a plus 

What Will Make You Stand Out: 

• PMP Certification and experience with Lean or Six Sigma technical project management 
• Healthcare IT/industry experience 
• Public cloud (AWS Azure GCP) experience
