Job Title: Office Assistant (temp to hire)

Job Summary:
We are in search of a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Support office staff with clerical tasks and projects
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform general office duties: photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • On-call if needed, if coach is feeling ill, office assistant will be asked to pick up participant using company vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and operating phone systems
  • Knowledge of administrative duties, including order entry, is advantageous
  • Ability to work with Zoho Creator, Google Docs/Excel, G-Drive
  • Comfortable with computerized systems for office tasks
