A well-established top-rated national company in commercial cleaning and disinfecting services is actively recruiting an IT Support Manager at its Columbia, MD corporate office. The applicant must possess the following key attributes for the position:

• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to all team members, both on site and remote. Assist with the delivery of onsite and/or remote user technology and training for systems.
• Establish, manage and maintain network, system users, Active Directory and security of the system.
• Reset user passwords, troubleshoot login issues, install and resolve printer issues, install hardware and software upgrades on Windows servers and client machines.
• Manage network access storage and backup mission critical servers.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-site server, user permissions and users, and coordinate with developers to implement any changes or to troubleshoot access issues.
• Make sure servers are successfully backed up and backups are available if needed.
• Keep an up-to-date inventory of company hardware and software assets.
• Manage web applications and troubleshoot any access issues.
• Create, remove and manage Office 365 Exchange users
• Manage Antivirus users and devices using provider’s portal
• Manage VOIP users online via service provider’s portal
• Some basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of smtp configuration for network scanners
• 3 years of experience required for managing Active Directory and network.
• Experience of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support is required.
• A and Network certifications preferred
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Experience of MS Office Suite, Office 365 and Windows Servers.
