Primary Duties:
- Supports operational and logistics strategy related to wellbeing programming for MedStar Health associates. Facilitates administrative and project planning needs for program implementation and sustainability.
- Coordinates and aligns wellbeing programs across multiple sites. Maintains protocol implementation and training materials to adhere to policies and best practices for wellbeing initiatives.
- Collects, organizes and analyzes data. Generates and provides accurate and complete reports tracking program's growth and improvement.
- Supports implementation and ongoing management of wellbeing programming including Peer Support, Wellness Champions, Behavioral Health Initiatives, nurse wellbeing initiatives, and wellbeing training programs. Supports event/outreach planning, organization and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Education , Communicatio ns or related field.
- 1- 2 years of program management experience.
- Experience in healthcare settings or education/training programs preferred.
