We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a carpet and tile cleaning business that service commercial and residential properties. Pay is commision based and hours are flexible. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Technical sales or technology sales experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide exceptional customer service
