Clayton Services is searching for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join a thriving company in Hmble, Texas. The Receptionist/Office Administrator will be responsible for managing executive personnel, office, and sales team administration, while collaborating with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and long-term account goals in accordance with company values. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Hours: Part-Time/Flexible Schedule; 20 - 30 hours/week. Benefits: Medical, Life Insurance, 401K, paid holidays and more, once completition of the assignment. Receptionist/Office Administrator Responsibilities:
Manage up to 8 phone lines, addressing and resolving or transferring all incoming calls efficiently.
Engage in ongoing communication with vendors until all documentation requirements are met.
Present company paperwork and necessary documents to clients, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Conduct thorough follow-ups with clients until all required documentation is finalized.
Coordinate the completion of property and vendor lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
Establish and nurture both current and potential client relationships to foster business growth.
Generate and present comprehensive status reports encompassing activity, closings, follow-up actions, and goal adherence.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address client concerns effectively.
Maintain account services through rigorous quality checks and proactive follow-up initiatives.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Receptionist/Office Administrator Skills and Abilities:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with external vendors and stakeholders.
Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues.
Understanding of profit-orientated business culture.
Intermediate computer skills
Receptionist/Office Administrator Education and Experience:
1 years of customer service or administrative experience.
Familiarity with the apartment, real estate or leasing industry is a plus.
