ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter invoices into Accounts Payable for all vendor invoices
- Help Implement standardized accounts payables processes
- Ensure Positive pay is utilized for applicable payments
- Reconcile invoice batches
- Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors and plants
- Review and process expense reports for payment
- File paid invoices and statements
- Month end closing support and schedule prep
