Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Finance Manager for our Clark Nissan dealerships in Kalispell, MT.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for helping customers obtain the financing they need to purchase the vehicle of their choice. Finance managers not only work directly with customers interested in a car loan, but they are also responsible for completing all the required documentation for each financing transaction.

You will be accountable for:

• Work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
• Ensure daily review of new programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer and that there is a clear understanding of the programs
• Promote a positive working relationship with our sales team, partners, and banking relationships.
• Ensure all products are presented to every customer every time
• Maintain a Net Promoter score and CSI/SSI at or above benchmark
• Ensure that deliveries are set up immediately after approval is received with communication between Managers, Service Department, and Salesperson so that appropriate measures are taken for proper delivery
• Ensure any issues with accounting processing deals must be dealt with within a short period
• Understand the required documentation of each deal and safeguarding the store in the event of an audit.
• Assist with insurance and registration for vehicle purchases and lease.
• Support the sales team through ongoing training, mentoring and teamwork.
• Supervising staff

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
• Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
• Experience in the automotive industry in a sales role
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work as a team

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
