Management position with emphasis placed upon the planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of tasks that support all efforts of the Quality Department.
Develop and analyze various data and product specifications to determine present standards.
Define and communicate system and product quality performance expectations.
Coordinate quality objectives with various departments using work instructions.
Represent staff in meetings, coordinate investigations with other departments, and is the CLARION representative with customers.
Plan, organize, and implement training activities related to system or product tasks.
Investigate and adjust customer quality complaints.
Supervise/manage workers engaged in system and product support activities.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS-
Associate's degree from a college or university or a minimum of two years of quality system management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient use of personal computers and computer operation within a network environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, Control Plans, FMEA's, Gage R & R's, work instructions, flow diagrams, and system documents.
Ability to effectively communicate with all customers and all levels of associates.
Ability to calculate percentages and proportions.
