Who We Want:
A Quality Supervisor is the front line of leadership at the plant level. Their purpose is to oversee all operations within their area, ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery and production Efficiencies meet the standards and expectation of internal and external customers. Quality Supervisors are also moral builders and are responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees.
When and Where:
This will be a C Shift / F-M 6A-6P position located at our Plant in Holland MI.
What You Need to Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Three to five years related experience in a supervisor position; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
