What You'll Do:
We're looking for an experienced HR pro who fosters community, culture and collaboration while approaching the work with integrity, humility, professionalism, and confidentiality. This is an on-site role that offers a blend of transformational and transactional HR work so it's ideal for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves to manage day-to-day operations in a manufacturing facility but can also flex to strategically lead and develop the HR function.
