CJ Drilling, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to partner with the project manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance.
Duties will include most aspects of managing a project from award to completion, including:
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and production tracking.
* Quality control and document control
* Preparing project binders.
* Be willing to work in both field and office settings (travel a must).
* Financial budgeting and cost tracking.
* Work with safety leadership and field supervision to ensure compliance with our Safety Program.
* Oversee environmental program compliance on the job site.
* Customer communications.
* Other duties as requested.
* Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.
Minimum Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years of project management experience in Utility Transmission Line work or Infrastructure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly verbally and in writing.
* Current driver’s license.
* Travel to job sites 25-50%.
