We are currently looking for a Yard Manager to join our team in Dundee, IL. Core responsibilities are organizing yard, move equipment, load trailers, and prepare dog boxes for jobs. Works under the Fleet Manger to ensure that equipment is ready for dispatch and are executed efficiently.

This successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

-Three (3) years general outside yard operation or equivalent experience

-This position is manual labor position (not a desk job).

-Must be able to work in all weather conditions (will be outside 75% of time)

-Experience running Loader and Fork Lift

-Must be able to move equipment within the yard (load/unload equipment and material)

-Must be able to work 10-12 hour days and Saturdays as needed

-Responsible for enforcing and fostering a safe work environment that is compliant with state and federal DOT guidelines

-Implement safety initiatives

-Strong communication, organizational skills, and people skills

-Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

-Must be organized

-Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

-Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch, or crawl.

-Must hold CDL and Medical card
