ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Ability to perform emergency and routine repair of HVAC equipment.
2. Ability to perform preventive maintenance to HVAC equipment.
3. Ability to communicate with employees in other departments regarding system malfunctions.
4. Ability to prepare material requirement lists and order parts through supervisor or direct from vendors.
