Responsibilities

• Completes Preventative Maintenance work orders as assigned to ensure regulatory compliance
• Completes Work Orders as assigned in a timely manner
• Completes Rounds & Readings as assigned according to department policy
• Participates in department maintenance projects and activities outside of normal job duties
• Keeps assigned mechanical spaces and areas clean, orderly and in good repair
• Monitors HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure, codes, regulations, and hospital standards are being met

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years’ experience in the HVAC field
• Refrigerant Recovery License - Universal required (can obtain within one (1) year of hire date)

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of all trades related to building maintenance
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Certifcation License
• Boiler & Chiller experience
