Overview:
City World Toyota is seeking a BDC Representative with outstanding customer service skills and prior telemarketing experience. The successful candidate must be dependable, articulate, punctual, and self-motivated. This is a commission-based position, and your compensation will reflect your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make over 150 outbound calls daily and answer inbound calls
- Send emails and write notes
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Meet performance targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous telemarketing experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude
The schedule is as follows
Sunday 11am - 5pm
Monday 9am - 6pm
Tuesday 9am - 6pm
Wednesday 9am-6pm
Thursday Off
Friday Off
Saturday 11am - 8pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
