Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing will guide and execute a growth strategy for the organization including, but not limited to: internal and external marketing, branding, public relations, and support. They will ensure that these efforts accurately reflect the organization’s core message and tone and are delivered in a polished and timely manner. The Director of Marketing works across all departments assisting each with their marketing efforts and ensuring that all efforts are integrated across disciplines, including some combination of strategic communications, visual design, as well as experience in philanthropy.

Qualifications/Criteria:
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing or related field, or a master’s degree in a related field. Previous experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred.
Knowledge: Demonstrated literacy and proficiency of Marketing, including knowledge of various philanthropy and marketing networks, Social Media outlets, advertisers, and resources that promote human service organization growth. Also, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related platforms.
