Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing will guide and execute a growth strategy for the organization including, but not limited to: internal and external marketing, branding, public relations, and support. They will ensure that these efforts accurately reflect the organization’s core message and tone and are delivered in a polished and timely manner. The Director of Marketing works across all departments assisting each with their marketing efforts and ensuring that all efforts are integrated across disciplines, including some combination of strategic communications, visual design, as well as experience in philanthropy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborates with the Executive team to develop and implement growth plans for the organization, specifically for the ACCESS Health Home Program, and the Inpatient and Outpatient Chemical Dependency Programs.

• Leads marketing and public relations efforts to increase awareness of key focus areas in programs and ease of philanthropy.

• Identifies market information and provides recommendations for effective marketing approach.

• Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging products and services that will contribute to the Agency marketing strategy.

• Implement digital and social media engagement and communications platforms and tools.

• Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain the center in a favorable light, creates interest in the center, promotes and executes special events, and increases exposure of the organization through media outlets, advertising, etc.

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external audiences.

• With the Vice President of Information Technology, contributes to the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, website content and marketing.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Criteria:

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing or related field, or a master’s degree in a related field. Previous experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred.

Knowledge: Demonstrated literacy and proficiency of Marketing, including knowledge of various philanthropy and marketing networks, Social Media outlets, advertisers, and resources that promote human service organization growth. Also, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related platforms.

Other Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work independently, and collaborate and coordinate with others.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-pace environment, handling multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
