Overview:
We are a local brewery seeking a barback to assist our growing taproom business on weekends. As barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders while keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Bus tables of glassware and trash
- Load/unload dishwasher to ensure bartenders have sufficient glassware
- Replace empty kegs as needed
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness and keep bathroom supplies (paper towels, etc.) well stocked
- Monitor and take out trash/recycling cans
- Wash kegs during slower hours

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barback and basic knowledge of craft beer is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and maneuver 165-pound kegs is central to the performance of this job
- Must be able to stand for entirety of 8-10 hour shifts
- Solid communication skills and patience to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This position is tipped minimum wage which typically works out to $20-$29 per hour.
