Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical assistance with utility billing
- Work with water/wastewater/fiber optics techs to ensure utility services are operational
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Issue licenses/permits
- Cash handling
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy
- Create and maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
