**Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties:**

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision

- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email

- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

- Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

**Qualifications:**

- Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus

- Experience in cash handling and basic math skills

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous

- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting
