JOB OBJECTIVE: To compile, analyze, assemble, and distribute the annual budget document; to monitor Citywide budget transaction records for compliance with policies and procedures.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of Bachelor's degree in Finance, General Business, Accounting, Public Administration or a related area, and two (2) years of experience in an accounting or finance department setting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
