We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with an office background to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures for Radon Eliminator. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
About Our CompanyAt Radon Eliminator, we are in the business of testing and removing Radon from homes and businesses.
Our goal is to create awareness of the dangers of Radon and save people's lives. Radon is the second leading cause of Lung Cancer in the U.S. and kills more people than Drunk Drivers annually.
What We Need From YouThe Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments with customers and real estate agents, answering phone calls, sending email quotes, and handling various customer questions.
Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Administrative Assistant should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
