Job Description
City Center has an exciting Parking Operations Coordinator opportunity. The Parking Operations Coordinator has a unique role that will have responsibility related to parking operations administration, customer service, equipment management, and facilities management. This employee will work very closely with and will report directly to our Parking Operations Manager. We manage a growing portfolio currently consisting of 10 parking garages. This employee will be responsible for interacting with customers, collecting parking applications and data entry associated with applications, on-site garage inspections, and other parking related support.
Responsibilities
· Parking Administration
o Collect parking applications
o Data entry and data transfer related to parking operations
o Conduct video reviews and investigations in security software
o Complete parking reports including but not limited to incident reports, safety reports, inspection reports, and invoice reports as needed
o Monitor parking usage and evaluate parking trends based on monthly parking reports
o Review/address parking enforcement inquiries/complaints. Process payments as needed
o Run monthly reports and assist finance with coding and billing
o Other duties as assigned
· Customer Service
o Manage responses to calls from garage call stations and address escalated concerns from parkers
o Maintain remote camera monitoring of the parking facilities to assess traffic flow, customer needs or equipment failure
o Address parking concerns and issues with the APA and the PPL Arena
o Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants, residents, employees, guests, visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members
o Manage and coordinate event parking services including working flexible schedule occasionally as required
o Other duties as assigned
· Equipment and Facilities/Property Management
o Ability to frequently move about inside and outside to inspect parking facilities daily (or as needed)
o General cleaning and maintenance of all City Center Group parking garages, equipment, and properties as needed
o Monitor equipment for functionality and manage on-call requirements for service
o Schedule service provider to repair damage to parking equipment as needed
o Frequent garage sweeps including inspecting parking conditions, validating parkers, ensuring parking regulations and compliance are being met to company standards
o Support to the property management, facilities and security team as needed
o Evaluate EV charging station usage and adequacy
o Other duties as assigned
