Job Description

City Center is offering an enticing opportunity for an Operations Administrator seeking to join our team. This role is distinct, focusing primarily on parking operations administration and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to our Parking Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in our growing portfolio, which currently includes 10 parking garages. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing parking applications, performing data entry tasks, conducting parking operations analysis, and providing general parking-related support.

Responsibilities

Parking Administration

  • Collect parking applications
  • Data entry and data transfer related to parking operations
  • Conduct video reviews and investigations in security software
  • Complete parking reports including but not limited to incident reports, safety reports, inspection reports, and invoice reports as needed
  • Monitor parking usage and evaluate parking trends based on monthly parking reports
  • Review/address parking enforcement inquiries/complaints. Process payments as needed
  • Run monthly reports and assist finance with coding and billing
  • Monitor and track operations metrics and maintain databases
  • Support to the property management, facilities and security team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Service

  • Manage responses to calls from garage call stations and address escalated concerns from parkers
  • Maintain remote camera monitoring of the parking facilities to assess traffic flow, customer needs or equipment failure
  • Address customer parking concerns and issues
  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants, residents, employees, guests, visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members
  • Manage and coordinate event parking services including working flexible schedule occasionally as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements

· Associate degree or equivalent experience (2 years) preferred in business management, property management, parking operations, administrative support, or another related field

· Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment.

· We are willing to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate who has developable skills in business management, property management, parking operations, administrative support, or another related field

Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· The capacity to coordinate competing priorities.

· The interest and ability to collaborate on a team and execute priorities independently.

· Personable and professionally persistent.

· Proficiency in Excel using pivot tables and general knowledge of sorting and filtering data.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Experience with CRM software a plus but not required (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Yardi)

· Ability to navigate and utilize internal company systems or databases
