Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction / paving field sales
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
