Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help take on our pre-set roofing appointments. This is a lucrative opportunity to make a great living meeting 1 on 1 with our clients and helping them protect their most valuable asset… their home! We offer a competitive commission structure, a flexible schedule, and training accompanied by a period of time where you will be "shadowing" a qualified and experienced Troy Roofing representative out in the field.

Our current representatives are making an average of 80k - 120k a year or more.

Office Location: 1066 E. Edna Pl. Covina, CA 91724
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturday
Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm (Appointment are scheduled within this timeframe)
Compensation: Commission Only, Weekly Gas Reimbursement
Areas Served: Los Angeles, Orange County, and Surrounding Areas

What to Expect

Our sales reps are the first point of contact with potential customers. They skillfully provide services such as: inspecting, measuring, educating homeowners, and drafting up roofing proposals for our customers interested in roof repairs or replacements. A typical day involves driving to 1 to 3 pre-set appointments a day Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturday. Performing a roof inspection, educating the homeowner, and proving a proposal. We are not a "one call close" company, we sell ourselves using competitive pricing, manufacturer relationships, material choices, and our knowledge and professionalism

We have over 40 years of combined roofing experience, and we’re looking to add to our outside sales team. We have completed thousands of roofing projects in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Position Highlights

• No COLD CALLING/Door-to-Door Sales -We provide pre-set appointments for you to run daily from our marketing team.
• Flexible Schedule - Our appointment schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. Occasional Saturday appointments are required.
• Unlimited Earning Potential - There is no cap on your commission or earning potential for this position. Our current representatives are making an average of 80k - 120k a year or more.
• Training and Support – We will provide you with the training, support, and materials necessary to ensure your success. You will however need to provide a few of your own materials discussed in the below section.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
• Valid Driver's License with Reliable Transportation
• Cell Phone
• Laptop/i-Pad/Tablet (recommended)
• Flashlight
• Clean and Professional Appearance and Excellent Communication
• Ability to Climb a Ladder, and Comfortable with being on a Roof/Heights
• Positive Attitude and Self-Motivated Individual
• At least 1 Year of Home Improvement or Roofing Sales Experience preferred
