Job Description:

CitiMed is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven, results-oriented and process minded Human Resource (HR) Manager at our multi-location healthcare facility specializing in workers' compensation and no-fault cases. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a specific focus on credentialing for providers and administrative staff along with human resource responsibility of job descriptions, employee relations, hiring, and evaluations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all providers and staff members meet the necessary qualifications and maintain proper credentials to practice within our healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting, and enthusiastic leader who is ready to dive in, create strategic plans, act, and follow through to make dramatic impacts to HR and credentialing processes. The HR Manager should have a strong background in human resources with a healthcare setting. The candidate should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. We are looking for a resourceful, bright, proactive, results-oriented leader who works well independently and as part of a team. The HR manager will contribute valuable insights to the day-to-day HR operations of CitiMed and will be a key proponent on decisions pertaining to the employee relations of our organization. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position will be a key member in the success of CitiMed’s future.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR and Credentialing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all the positions at CitiMed.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all healthcare staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel. Ensures that all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date credentialing files for all providers and staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards, as well as labor laws and best practices.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  • Lead the compensation and benefits administration process, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Manage and be the primary point of contact for HRIS systems.
  • Oversee the HR budget and resource allocation to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.

What the Candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hourly Rate/ Salary depends on experience.
Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
