Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative, Logistics CSR We’re immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a large logistics company in Carson, CA.
You’ll earn $18 to $20 an hour, depending on your experience, and work Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4PM. The facility offers free onsite parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator and vending machines. Plus, you will be eligible for sick pay, insurance coverage, referral bonuses and more.As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for assisting customers with questions and issues. You will also be expected to:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and suppliers.
- Accurately process orders from start to finish.
- Monitor shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide dispatch and drivers with support, as needed.
- Ensure all costs are approved in writing and scanned into the system.
- Have completed some prior college coursework.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate via email, in-person and over the phone.
